Actually, after ordering I was having second thoughts about buying from Click. I read more reviews and felt I may have trouble getting my purchase. Here is how it went down. I bought a Sony KDL-32XBR4 @ $1047.00 chose the free shipping.
At purchase I was asked if I needed any cables or extended warranty. When I said no I WAS NOT pressured or hassled. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade the shipping to get it faster.. I was in no hurry so said no. Free FedEx ground was supposed to take 10 to 14 BUSINESS days. I ordered on Sept. 20th 2007. Click charged my card on Sept 24th. I did not call to check on TV until Oct 15, 07 That was 16 working days after I ordered. They said it was shipped and I would have that week. A few days later (when it did not arrive) I called and asked for a shipping number and found that it had gone out via UPS the day I called on 10/15. It took 6 business days to arrive. UPS tracking showed on time delivery for 10/22/07. On Sunday 10/21 I received a recorded message from UPS stating that I had a box that needed to be signed for and to make sure someone was available to sign on Monday. When box arrived It was not "just" in the manufactures sealed box but had bubble pack around that and two nylon shipping straps holding the bubble pack. The box was not dented or torn. TV worked perfect. I was very pleased. I would consider buying from Click again. And would recommend click to friends .
