Extremely frustrating !! They are unethical with returns!!

Unethical company if you need to return an item. I ordered some bras and one fit and the others did not. I called them and asked about the return policy and I followed their instructions to the letter. By the time all was said and done I am suppose to be paying back the promo discount, the free shipping for the original sale, and the return shipping with insurance and signed receipt charges by the Post Office. But these added cost for the return is not the problem (which brought the cost of one $20 bra to a whopping cost of $40). They refuse to give me my credit that I am due even though it is greatly reduced by paying all the extra promo and shipping back. I have been calling and they keep saying it will be done in two days. Three weeks and three phone calls with the same response "It will be done in two days". I told them if it wasn't done by today and my credit card company didn't get the credit by today, then I wouldn't pay the original bill until the credit was issued. The next phone call they will get is from the credit card company. I am filing a complaint against the company.
So, they may be okay if you don't need to return an item. Companies that behave the way they do when returns are involved give internet shopping a bad name. In the future I will just find a way to get to a local store to make my purchases.
