I don't like the service with my Audiovox 9155. I see that there's a Motorola T720 I would perferr. Is there anyway that I can get that cellular phone.

...that you have had great customer service with Verizon (formerly AirTouch). I was not so lucky with them (which is why I switched to AT&T).
It would be great if everyone could get the same level of customer service you experienced. Someone at Verizon should read this!!!
