I don't understand what all of these negative reviews are about. I've ordered several items over the past few years, such as Peugeot Salt and Pepper Mills, J.A.Henckels knives and Viking cookware, and I've NEVER had a single problem that wasn't easily and quickly resolved. Perhaps I'm lucky for that. I've had one defective knife block (which was a manufacturing issue) and was immediately sent a replacement. I didn't even have to ship the defective item back to them. Shipping has always been fast and reliable, and my customer service representative was extremely pleasant to deal with and seemed genuinely concerned about my complaint. Perhaps they've learned from their past issues and dealt with them accordingly. I work in retail for a company highly regarded for their customer service, so I am extremely conscientious about customer care and how my problems are dealt with and have refused to shop with companies I felt did not meet the level of customer service I am expected, and expect of myself to provide. So far Cutlery and More has exceeded my expectations in every way. I certainly plan on continuing what has been a very pleasant retail relationship AND the prices are VERY competitive. So far, there are ABSOLUTELY NO complaints from me.
