I am a well satisfied customer. I was a bit hesitant about placing an order for left-handed Shun Classic knives with CutleryAndMore after reading too many reviews regarding bad customer service. I have tried getting these knives from online from Amazon.com and brick & mortar SurLaTable and Williams-Sonoma. All three claimed to be able to get them within three weeks. After waiting seven weeks none had come through. So, with some skepticism I went ahead and made an order for the paring knife with CutleryAndMore. The knife was in my (left-hand) two days later. Wow. So I made an additional order for the bread knife and chefs knife. Two days later the bread knife arrived, but the chefs knife was backordered. A day or two went by and I got an email from Russ at CutleryAndMore explaining the problem and offering me the chefs knife with the Granton edge for the same price as the regular edge (it's normally $10 more), that would ship immediately or I could wait for the backordered to be filled. I went ahead and accepted the offer for the Granton edge knife and three days later it too was in its new home in my kitchen. Understand I have had problems finding these knives in many places. CutleryAndMore for the most part had them and went out of their way to make me a happy customer. Nice work.
