I promised that I would not partake in more write-offs until I got my head together, but I just had to get something in for Mike’s interesting W/O (Even if it ends up being many many many many many many many many many many weeks late.) Recently, however, a lot of good things have happened to me on that day. LOL!) I’ve had my cat Sam since 1994, longer than any other pet. He recently needed surgery on his chin and had to wear one of those cones for four weeks! (It was supposed to have been two weeks, but after he got the stitches out, it was still a little bloody there). We had to study transcendentalist writers back in my Sophomore Year English class (I was in Advanced English, btw, just to show how ego-driven I am). Thoreau and Emerson were pretty good, I thought. Then again, they are the poster boys for the whole movement (And don’t ask me to discuss any of their works, because I’m surprised that I remember the names of those writers). 28.
