I have ordered from this store in the past. Their prices are excellent, and my orders arrive on time and as described. I find that they have some items that are discontinued but are really good and can be difficult to find other places. I've learned to do a search at iKitchen.com when I'm looking for something that is difficult to find. Their email contact tracking my order was excellent. I have compared their prices with other online merchants and I find that their prices are consistently lower - including Amazon. Their checkout process was easy, and it was clear how to enter the code to receive a further discount. Once I ordered, I signed up for their emails about special offers. They send out a lot of emails, and I do wish there were fewer emails. However, when I started actually looking at the email content, I realized that the deals were really good. At that point I started watching for one-day sales of things that I wanted to purchase for holiday gifts for family members. Now I've done a lot of my holiday shopping here, and I've saved a lot of money. I recommend this online retailer.
