Shipping was fast but, customer service was fair at best,

After a bad experience when I first was ordering & their poor customer service department, I then read some of the real bad shipping nightmares that others wrote & I became very concerned how many weeks or how long my order would take to get to me.
Much to my surprise & shock I received my order 3 days after it was placed...........Although we are only a few states away for IKitchen & Sunpentown who shipped it. It was still done quickly & somewhat redeemed the prior bad experience when I ordered it....
Never did get a tracking # or notice of it having been shipped though.
All & all it was only their poor customer service rep's attitude & what others wrote about their shipping problems that would make me hesitate to recommend them. I might recommend them but not without giving a friend a big warning.
The website does not allow you to check the status of shipment, nor do they update or email you to let you know something is on it's way. Nor do they provide a tracking # which would be most helpful to not alone the customer but themselves. They ask for 2 weeks before you call for shipment status which I think is ridiculous.
I would guardedly use them again & warn friends to be cautious.
