We ordered an Aquasana Drinking Water System from UnbeatableSale via the shop.com website. The system was delivered promptly and was carefully packaged. Their pricing was also attractive and they offered free shipping, which made them the best vendor to purchase from (as we did several online searches to determine the best product and pricing and generally researched this purchase carefully).
The description of the system was clear, the costs of operating the system were communicated clearly and their was a way for us to determine the cost of this system, compared to other systems, over the next few months and year. As well, the information provided helped us to determine that this was the "best value for money" system for us to purchase.
Communication was prompt and we were kept informed of shipping with tracking information. When the item arrived, we appreciated the care in packing to insure that the item had a minimal chance of being broken or damaged in shipping.
Email correspondence was courteous and friendly in tone, which was also appreciated.
We would definitely consider shopping again at Unbeatable Sale. And, I would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends and family, due to our positive shopping experience.
