Your website was attractive and well designed. It permitted me to navigate around to be sure I was getting what I wanted/needed easily. This was important to me since the various products I needed were not located on one specific page.
Then, adding to the value of the site was the fact that the write ups for each product were clear and well defined making the decision process easier and faster and leaving me with the knowledge that the selections matched precisely with my needs.
I had never visited the Softwaremedia.com site before.
Having a well designed website which reflects current pricing and availability is very important especially when the company has product lines in a highly competitive field.
It was apparent from the start that the prices showing were the best available, all things considered, for my product selection. This quality was repeated to my when talking to a representative who was very courteous and knowledgeable.
It was reassuring when the questions I had were quickly and directly answered by your customer services representative.
Nice doing business with you.
The frosting on the cake was to find the products delivered earlier than promised.
When the needs arise again, I will be checking with Softwaremedia.com first.
