Hi Paul,
Differing opinions are always respected by those I respect.
You may not know this but I could swear I saw a bunch of protesters/rioters at outside the last IMF conference carrying placards that said, "Wanted dead or alive for excessive Brewski consumption, colonialpara.
You had better hunker down and steer clear of Starbucks if they ever show up in Rockaway. They don t look dangerous, but put 50 of them in a group and you ll damn near come out with a pair of stones.

Tip a few for me on Christmas Eve when my Vikes play scrooge to the Packers.

I'm not going to debate this, but I will offer a comment for your consideration. I hope it doesn't mean I don't consider your argument worthy, it's just that I looked at it differently.

We are a energy hungry nation, of that there is no doubt.

I'm also a hungry and thirsty person and I will admit to guzzling BREWSKIS!

Iraq was damn well broken long before any Bush came along.
Freedom has always been a difficult thing.
I agree with you to the point that now were in this, we need to bring stability.

Sorry your guy lost. I´m happy, but I´m not going to gloat... much.
Gas prices are an election issue I hadn´t given much thought to. The premise sure makes sense.
Thanks for the comment.

I think its about 560 pesos per litre, here. The dollar has dropped quite a bit so it is about a buck a litre. More expensive than I thought. Bus fare around the cities or to Santiago is dirt cheap. Definately the way to go.

In England it is almost one pound a litre. The exchange rate is $1.82 to the pound.

Today I paid $1.99 a gallon in Florida.

Hi Susie,
Wow¡ Hello pizza delivery. $8 is incredible. I haven´t yet figured the peso/$ rate for litres/gallons, but I´m guessing it is about $2.50 a gallon in Chile. No complaints here, either.
Thanks for the comment.

Hi Robert,
Poet of the Poop. Works for me, though I do prefer lyrist of the loaf, amongst friends.
Thanks for the comment and read.

Hi Thomas,
I say quality over quanity. Therefore, the W/O is a success. Thanks for providing the opportunity to think.

Hi Marcy,
Exactly. You supply the demand and the market will respond. The people who figure it all out will likely be the type who the value of capitalism, and they will surely end up enjoying the fruits of it.
Reminds me of the cheapest SOB I ever met. Or at least lived with. I rented at his house. I had a warm bedroom upstairs, but my living section was the basement. Basements during Minnesota winters are cold. Worse yet when the door to the unheated attached garage is next to you. Well, my roomie insisted on keeping the thermostat at a temp that was just bearable upstairs. The basement was an icebox. Many times I stumbled upstairs to the bathroom and ran warm water over my blue feet. BTW: I have always refused to wear socks or shoes in the house. I was making decent scratch, but I was living like a destitute eskimo. I hibernated one winter before buying my own house where I became the ruler of the therm.

Jeez Ocie, why´d you have to go and let the cat out of the bag¿ The steam out of the kettle¡¿ The corn out of the poop¿
Yes, you have identified the source, but does anyone yet know how to harness this prodigious source called fecal fuel¿ I think not¡
Forget plastic, young man, the future lies in fecal fuel. Solving the refinement is going to be a real crap game that not just one will be able to find the answer. Yea, the people must mass together and demand action. I call for a regular (or constipated, if you insist) Bowel Movement.
Power to the poople.

Gary,

I can't believe you left out that most viable of alternative fuels: poop. Try regulating and/or stifling that awesoma and prolific energy source. I think not! Did not most fossil fuels start out as dino poop to begin with? Well, there you have it. Problem solved.

I accept cash, checks, and most credit cards.

This is precious. After a serious and very intelligent analysis of the questions asked, you leave us with your trade mark ending and leave me laughing. Great job.
