| losercher's Full Review: PrimeCo Mobile Phone Service in Chicago |
I would never renew my PrimeCo contract. I only joined PrimeCo because at Christmas time my boyfriend,s mother bought him the Buy one get one free Audiovox phone. We also got 1000 bonus minutes each, which came out to be 200 for each of us for the first five months. At first PrimeCo seemed a good company, I had no problems with the service until six months into our contract. We selected the $39.99 plan which consisted of 450 minutes and we pay $15 a month to share the minutes. We signed a contract for a year and so we got free unlimited weekends in return. The problems started with the phone when my boyfriend lost his phone, the customer service was anything but friendly and helpful. It was part our fault since we signed a contract but we still have to pay for his phone until our contract is up in December. Then everytime I call to question our bill, they always made a mistake.
