Profeel did an excellent job with my order. I placed my order in the evening and received both an e-mail and a phone call the next day notifying me that my order was received and in process. I received another e-mail in 24 hours giving me all the pertinent shipping information and tracking #/link. The camera arrived within 4 days of the time I placed my order. Kudos to Profeel, they are one of the rare few who are "doing it right" these days. The product was new in box, as described and priced right.
