Background
I received the catalog via mail and started browsing through it. I saw two items that I felt are perfect gifts for a couple of family members. The fact that I just placed an order less than a week ago, and I received them today prompted me to write a review. I'm still amazed at how quickly I received the items.
The Website
I went on the website after I looked through their catalog and saw two presents I wanted to order. Browsing the site was pretty simple. I personally don't find the homepage to be very attractive to look at (it is a little busy for me), but it is very easy to use. They have categories listed on the left side of the page that you can use to browse, or you can just use the keyword or item number box on the top (which was my choice). They also have options to shop by price or browse according to who you want to buy for. One of the best things I like is that they have the phone number right on the home page. If you need to call, you do not have to search endlessly to find a number. Luckily, I didn't have to use it, because I had absolutely no problems with my order.
There are some interesting items on this site. You can get a variety of unusual items (the mooning santa comes to mind), and there are some not so strange things, but still hard to find items (like icecreamopoly) and they even have some exclusive items (like a good amount of betty boop and I Love Lucy items). The Lucy Chocolate Factory area is fun to look at, especially if you liked the chocolate episode.
After placing the items that I wanted in my bag, I checked out, picked the type of shipping I wanted and I was done. Shipping prices are pretty reasonable too. For standard shipping, the price of shipping is based on the price of your order and are:

I used standard shipping, which is slated to reach you within 10-12 business days of our receipt of your order. As I mentioned, my order came much faster than that. You can always ask for rush shipping, which will reach you within 4 - 6 days and will cost you the regular shipping charge plus another $6.00. Express shipping is available and will reach you 2 - 3 business days (as long as it is ordered before 1pm) and you will end up paying another $12.00 plus the standard delivery charge. Then you have overnight shipping, which will set you back another $20.95 (plus the standard shipping charge). I imagine with the upcoming holiday, this may be a bit on the longer side.
Overall
I was extremely pleased with my order. I received a confirmation of my order via email with all the confirmation information, including a phone number just in case I needed to contact customer service. When my order arrived, it was nicely packed, and the items were exactly what I expected. I would definitely buy from here again.
