Please shop from Camera Addict if:
- You have a lot of money to give away (without expecting anything in return)
- You are ready to be taken for a ride
- If you want to be transferred over and over when you try to track your order or check the status with support
- And in the end (after going through a horrible time) if you want to be denied what you were promised for your money
OTHERWISE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.
SCAM-ERA ADDICT is a better name for this site...
I wanted to buy a couple of digital cameras during Thanksgiving. And boy! Was I happy to see the rates they offered? I compared these with certain other offers available and no one else was giving it cheaper than this. I made up my mind and placed my order, but when i checked the order status the next day, i was surprised to see "Please contact your representative at 1-800-927-2354 ext. 291 to verify your order."
Calling that number only asks you to leave a message. If at all you get someone to talk to, they will keep transferring you over and over again at least for half-an-hour...
And then i saw all these reviews and was totally psyched... But i prayed and hoped for the best, and thought i will wait for a day and see...
But again, the web-site said "The item(s) you ordered are currently back-ordered. Your order is currently on hold. We will notify you via email when the item arrives."
I immediately went and cancelled the order... But due to all this, i could not shop for what i wanted at the right time. And THANK GOD i cancelled my order... After reading the reviews and going through this horrible experience, i knew that they are just trying to cook up a scam and cheat people of their hard-earned money.
Please don't visit this site for any purchases, because they will lure you by giving you cheap rates, but that's just to fool you...
