Last year my family purchased an Alltel Cell phone from our local Walmart. For the first two days of owning the phone it was all right, but then we every time we turned it on we got this static, or a clicking noise. So if we called someone we couldn't hear them, and they couldn't hear us. So we took it back and they told us they were just having some problems with the towers it would stop in a day or two. Two days passed and the static or clicking noise didn't go away. We contacted the company two more times after the first time, and still the static never was taken away so we ended up returning the phone.
