In May, I decided that I would take a vacation with my brother to celebrate the end of my first year of teaching. I needed airfare to Miami. I needed it fast (for June)! And I needed it cheap (I'm a teacher)!
I heard about Cheap Tickets in a radio ad. I called the phone number provided in the radio spot to check out fares with Cheap Tickets as part of the price-shopping phase of my travel planning. The prices quoted by Cheap Tickets were by far the lowest around (lower than Travelocity, expedia, or priceline.com). The cheapest flight was with AirTran, but low cost flights were also available on Delta, US Air, and American Airlines.
I opted for the AirTran flight (bad choice). The tickets were mailed to the school that I teach at and arrived two days later. I had no problems or complaints with the ease of use, the price, or ticket shipping with Cheap Tickets. Air Tran was a whole other story, but certainly was not a fault of Cheap Tickets.
I am currently planning a trip to Malaga, Spain and have noticed that Cheap Tickets doesn't seem to have the lowest rates on international travel. I will update my reviews once I have obtained a good deal on tickets from either Boston or Philadelphia to Malaga, Spain.
