Why do we shop online? Discounted prices, that's why! Deep Discount truly lives up to its name. This site has an impressively large stock of mainstream and harder-to-find movies at prices that (usually) cannot be beat. I have not used this store to purchase anything other than dvds, so I cannot attest to the pricing of the other items (books, games, posters) that are offered.
The first time I ordered from Deep Discount I was a bit apprehensive, I admit it. Standard shipping is free, and as other reviewers have mentioned (complained about), it isn't super speedy. But if you want your purchase to arrive sooner, you'll just have to opt to spring for the expedited shipping. I usually receive my items within a week, and I live on the other side of the country from their Illinois base of operations. I have never had an error with any of my numerous orders, and so have never had the occasion to contact their customer service.
Always do a google search for a promo/coupon code before checking out--you'll usually find one. And a few times a year, they do have a store-wide 20% off sale. Last year I was able to get a boxed set that sold for $299 at stores for a scant $150, with free shipping and no tax.
