Poor laptop without support

Pros: Good working laptop for exactly one year.

Cons: Melts the power adapter, and back of the laptop because it gets very hot.

The laptop power adapter plug was so hot it melted the plastic around the laptop power pin. I replaced the adapter but the pin on that adapter melted too. This began happening when the laptop was just exactly over 1 year old, hence the warranty was expired. Costco and HP would not stand behind their defective product and forced me to buy another brand.

The back of the laptop gets so hot it will burn your fingers.
