The worse service I've EVER experienced and the issue is not resolved after 6 weeks.

Customer Services is HORRIBLE!!!
Today is 12/4/07 my order has not arrived at its destination.I tried to track the order via USPS tracking number listed on order but USPS didn't recognize it.Called customer service at FragranceX their tracking number was bogus & computer generated they said it couldn't be controlled & there is no way to track International(Canada) mail.I asked why not give that info on website - Answer- we can not put everything website.Called again 11/14/07 order still not received customer service staff's behavior was negative and unconcerned about shipment problems.Asked for refund since order was not delivered within their stated time frame was told FrangranceX.com did not refund without merchandise.That's impossible if no merchandise was rec'd how can it be returned for refund?So a customer has no money,no order & FragranceX.com doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.Shipping info on website says Canada Ships via UPS Standard or Postal Service & arrives in 3-10 business days.There is nothing stating what if no delivery or researching lost deliveries.Sent email on 11/23 to FragranceX asking about refund - response 11/27-Some packages can be held by customs for inspections & they aren't always timely in notifying recipients.Your package was sent by International air mail thru United States Postal service & they provide limited service.Packages not received by our customers are always returned to us but we must allow time for the package to travel.We do appreciate your patience as this is out of our control.I called today was told by Lisa if pkg not rec'd in 6 months contact them & research will be approx 3 months.It is CLEAR my pkg is not going to be delivered at all.
