Very, very dissatisfied; they refuse to give me my money back on damaged goods

I used bizchair.com to purchase a conference table. Their prices were very reasonable, the quality of the table was very good, delivery speed and customer service were all very good. When I placed the order, the Customer Service Rep was very clear with me to conduct a full inspection of the table on delivery because returns after accepting possession could be complicated and frustrating. When the table was delivered, the assembleyman told me the clip holding the two table ends together was damaged. For this reason, I refused delivery. Since then, three months and counting, and I am still trying to obtain a refund for the table, delivery and assembly costs which were charged to my credit card at the time of order. I've made several phone calls (their customer service hold times are outrageously long), left voice mail messages for Supervisors, and sent numerous e-mails to the damages and claims departments. I was told two weeks ago that my claim was approved (as if there was any question) and that i would receive a full refund within 48 hours. I still haven't been refunded and when I called to inquire, I received voice mail, yet again. My general ordering experience was very positive -- Customer Service Reps are polite and knowledgeable, and their selection and prices are great. But if they won't honor refunding customers for damaged goods, all of that is wasted. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with this supplier and will never use their services again.
