Do not buy from Camera Addict! They are incompetent at best and scammers at worst.

This has been a horrible experience and I can't believe that I ordered from this vendor without checking reviews on them first. They are bullies.
On 11/24/07 I ordered a camera, extra battery and SD card. (My first mistake is that I should have researched batteries and SD cards better before I called to order the camera.) They said a confirmation would come by email. It never came.
The shipment was delivered on 11/28/07, but instead of a high speed error free card, which they charged me $79 for, I received a $14.00 transcend SD card. On 11/29/07 I called back customer service and after waiting on hold for about 25 minutes they took my call and said they would send the correct card. In fact, they said they would send a 2gb high speed error free card and that I would have it in 4 days. They said they'd send an email confirmation, which they never did.
On 12/3/07 I called back to get shipping information and they said it was shipped already but they couldn't tell me when. By this time I had noticed that the extra battery, which they charged me $89 for, is not designated for my camera, so I mentioned this and the rep insisted that even though it's not the correct part number and that the packaging lists compatibility with other cameras but not with mine, that it is the correct battery.
So, I called the camera manufacturer who told me it is NOT the correct battery.
On 12/3/07 I emailed to customer service asking about this and never received a response.
On 12/4/07 I called back Camera Addict to check shipping status of the memory card and they told me again it was shipped yesterday (this is a new "yesterday" and that an email confirmation would come. He still couldn't give me specific shipping information. I told them again the battery is the incorrect battery and that I had checked with the camera manufacturer who said it's not the right battery. The Camera Addict rep became hostile and began to bully me saying I should be thankful because I had gotten such a great package and they ship thousands of camera batteries every day and I'm the only one to complain, and that I have nothing to complain about. He was yelling and not listening to me at all.
When I tried to point out that for three days in a row I had been told the memory card had shipped and that shipping information would be coming in an email, but that no one can actually give me shipping information, the rep started yelling at me and threatening to cancel the shipment and said he was going to make a return authorization for the whole package, but that he'd charge me a 15% restocking fee.
The end of this conversation was that the replacement card "shipped yesterday and that the tracking number would be available in 2 hours."
I called back in 3 hours and was told that oh, that was a mistake and the card is actually on backorder and it should be available to ship in 2 days.
Yeah, right.
