You want a piece of my piece?

The Bottom Line I'm only slightly insane, I swear!

Here goes nothing, I hope I don’t offend too many of you with my opinions:
1) Do you believe in science's evolution theory or the Bible's creation theory?
Neither.

2) If you believe in the Bible's creation theory do you disbelieve science in other areas such as medical research, geology, astronomy, physics, biochemistry, etc?
Of course.

3) Why do you think "we are here?" (Why do humans exist?)
We are here for now.

4) Can we ever truly be happy by grasping for material things (cars, houses, CDs, movies, clothes, etc.) or should we be more concerned about affecting/improving others' lives?
No, the more we have the more we want. This is a problem inherit in all people’s minds, they are never pleased with where they are, what they have and who they are. Therefore they are always projecting themselves into an imagined where everything is perfect. The only way to be truly happy is to shut off the mind and live in the moment. I read a book about this called “The Power of Now” I would recommend you all read it.

5) Do you think ADD/ADHD are more a product of environment or genetics? Why do you think ADD/ADHD has become so prevalent in the last 20 or so years?
I have seen some people hint at the answer that I am about to give, but none have actually come out and said it yet (from what I have read). I do not believe in ADD or ADHD or whatever you want to call it. I think it is just another way for people to make being different into a crime. ADHD has never been proven, and the drugs that they get children addicted because of this “disease”, other than being more dangerous, have no different effects then going out and smoking some pot. However, pharmaceutical companies are people too and if people knew that smoking pot has the same effect as Ridelin and Dexedrin, they wouldn’t spend so much money on their pills. ADHD is just another way for our society to try to fix our problems with the same thing we always try to fix them with- money and drugs.

6)Are you a Democrat or Republican or something else? Why do you subscribe to that ideology?
I’m an anarchist.

7) George Bush or John Kerry for President? Why?
John Kerry, although he won’t be a good president by any stretch of the imagination, the corruption in George Bush’s white house is too much to be ignored.

8) How do you feel about Ralph Nader getting most of his support from long time Republicans in the form of campaign contributions and signatures to get Nader on the ballot this fall?
Nader has the right to run for president, and get support from wherever he gets it from, Democrats could easily steal practically every one of Nader’s votes, it is not his fault they are too incompetent to do it.

9) Has toppling the regime of Saddam Hussein really made us safer? Or has it infuriated more uslim fundamentalists and made us a bigger target?
The United States was the only country in the world to fear Iraq before the war, and for good reason. Iraq posed no threat to anyone, however, and steady stream of propaganda starting in September 2002, blamed Saddam for everything from 9/11 to Celine Dion. It is just like in the 1980’s when we were supposed to be scared of Grenada and Nicaragua, two countries I can’t find on the map but sure as hell scare the crap out of me. The war in Iraq was not about WMDs it was about securing more of the earth’s dwindling oil supply, which in turn could be used to keep our enemies like Russia and China in check. I do think it is a good idea to get rid of all the WMDs in the middle east, and there is a very good place to start- Israel. Once Israel disarms its chemical, biological and nuclear weapons, there will be less of a reason for countries like Iraq and Iran to want them (since they are enemies with Israel). I know that in the US, even speaking about ending our unquestioned support for Israel is an easy way to get labeled an anti-semite, but I believe this is an issue that has to be addressed.

Furthermore, I believe that any and all acts of violence by the US in the middle east is a good thing for Osama. For every child’s parents we kill and every wife we widow we are creating the potential for more terrorists. There is a good way to lower the amount of terrorism in the world, and that is for the US to stop participating in it. The war in Afghanistan was a war of terror, designed to terrorize people the world over of the military might of the US. Every “excursion” in Fallujah, Basra, or Baghdad is an act of terrorism. War and terrorism go hand in hand, and therefore a “War on Terror” is an oxymoron.

10) Was the Abu Ghraib torture scandal a big deal to you?
Yes, I was very mad when I saw it, but not nearly as mad as I would have been if it had been Americans being tortured. Could you even imagine what would have happened if it had been Iraqis torturing Americans? Or Iranians? It would have been on the news all day every day for months us talking about those crazy A-rabs and how we need to bomb them.

I guess that is the way it is in the US though, people are supposed to memorize the crime of our current enemies, while forgetting those that we have committed. Like in the run-up to the Iraq war when the media would talk about how evil Saddam was for chemical bombing the Kurds, what they wouldn’t mention is that he did it with the full support of the US government. They also wouldn’t mention the campaign of repression against Kurds taken out by the Turkish government in the 1990’s, again, because Turkey is our ally and 90% of the arms were supplied by the US.

11) Why has Osama Bin Laden, the mastermind and financier of 9/11, been virtually ignored since the Iraq Invasion began?
Two reasons:
1) The oil in Iraq is more important
2) Its hard to find a 6 foot 7 muslim on dialysis in Afghanistan.

12) Do you think America should support and/or participate in a possible invasion/attack against Iran?
No.

13) Have you seen or plan on seeing Fahrenheit 9/11? If you've seen it what did you think about it?
Yes, I thought it was good, but should have went into more detail about the past of the key players in the Bush Administration (mainly what they were during the Reagan years).

14) Do you think we, as a nation, are more united or more divided since 9/11?
Hell no, and thank god, a nation as powerful as the US united under a Bush is a very scary thing.

15) The Terminator is Governor of California, Madeleine Albright was Secretary of State under President Clinton, and other foreign born American citizens have contributed to this country. Should foreign born American citizens be allowed to run for President?
Why not?

16) Do you trust the electronic voting machines that will be used in some states this election?
No

17) Does the United Nations fill a relevant or necessary role in todays world?
The United Nations is a tool of the US. Anything that the US does not want to pass through the security council, it just vetoes, which is the only reason that the US and Israel never break resolutions, because they never get passed.

18) Why are you Pro-Choice or Pro-Life?
Choice

19) Why do you support or condemn the death penalty?
I condemn it to death.

20) Any final thoughts or feelings?
I hope my opinions did not offend any of you too much!
