Hi David,
David, thanks for the laughs. Alphabetizing books does suck - you are right! :0) I'm so glad you share your writings with us. Hey! Can you ask Gene when I can expect my prize money from last time? hehe.

I could probably publish an entire book naming all the people, companies and organizations I'd have to get clearance from before any of these things would ever be publishable!!!!

Yes, Match Game was pretty risque for its day.... sometimes, when I watch the reruns, I'm amazed at some of the questions they had. I think that some of the questions would be too suggestive even for today's network programming, especially on a game show!
Well, I'm quite happy that you enjoyed yourself! Maybe we'll invite you back again, and even give you your own dressing room (with a complimentary fruit basket!)

Genius? I don't know about that.... maybe just a work of someone with too much time on his hands, maybe! But thanks for the compliment!

You really should think of publishing these as a book when you've written some more. :-) jan

Filling in the blank (Reply to this comment)

David! That was really fun getting to appear on a classic game show! I used to love Match Game, it could be quite risqué for it's time.
I laughed out loud a few times, especially the CSI reference and Fox at the end.. LMAO. Well done!
Caroline (who, now that she's a star, is demanding her own dressing room)

Subtle, subversive political commentary mixed into a parody of a forgotten game show classic mixed in with references to who's gotta be the most annoying pitchman around (and I've only seen the commercials as of today). This is a work of pure genius!
