I found another online CPR/AED course at
http://www.cpraedcourse.com that was very helpful.

Yeah, I to have a basic essentials kit put together. I guess you could call it a hurricane or disaster kit. I bet you keep all sorts of supplies on hand as much as you travel the world. Thanks for stopping by.

....list of things to include Joe. I just finished my CPR/First Aid class last night (second time around) and feel much better about the thought of facing an emergency. I so agree with you...everyone should take this class.

... Advice there Mac. More or less what I have in my kit, which travels with me when I take off on trips especially to the third world. At home it sits in a large palstic bin in the hall closet alongside the candles, blankets, batteries, hand crank generator radio, and other emergency supplies.
