I have ordered the Voco Pro 4 wireless microphone system and found out it was defective. Getting replacement or returning the merchandise from DJDeals.com is such a horrifying ordeal. They do not have phones which is a big inconvenience and drawback for an online store. (Never order if a company has no phone access. Bad mistake!)
If you go to their website, they really do not have a functional e-mail address. There is one but it says, "Do not reply to this e-mail adrress" and then refer you back to their website. It is a run around with nowhere to go.
I am writing them a letter this time because, you guessed it they have mailing address. It is too bad because their check out is handled by Google. Google check out e-mail address always refer you to DJDeals.com which is a dead-end.
I also bought a an extension warranty but it says I will receive the certificate in 3 months.
For the moment I am stuck with a microphone system that doesn't work. If I return the merchandise without hearing from them they will automatically charge you 20 percent. So they say get a Return Authorization from them, but how? I hope they respond to my letter. Otherwise I might have to refer them to David Horowitz or Ralph Nader, those consumer advocates or call Better Business Bureau or get signatures from a bunch of people and petition Congress or simply call my congressman.
Buyer's beware! Just keep your fingers crossed that your product is not defective otherwise you are stuck.
