Every once in while, a situation will occur that rekindles your faith in the American Businessman. I recently purchased an air bed from Nationwide Air Mattress. When it arrived, the box was damaged.So I took it out and looked it over, and everything seemed to be ok. So i went ahead and assembled the bed,and pumped up the mattresses. By the time i'd gotten the second air mattress pumped up, the pump motor had burned up. Unfortunately I had already taken my former bed out and placed it in storage. Needless to say, I was counting on the air mattress to work ; my bad. The first thing that hit my mind was , I'm going to have to call the company and do a round the world argument with the manager, send the pump back, and wait for him to receive it before he would replace it with a new one. That's usually the way it works. But to my surprise, I called the manager, explained him my situation, and he immediately sent me a replacement pump better than the one that I had. not only that , but he paid for overnight shipping. I give this company five stars. Thank you Richard for your outstanding service.
