What a great service. First of all they had the best price around and the shipment arrived VERY quickly. WILL use again and WILL recommend. I ordered Vista Home Premium and I will definitely order software from these guys again. What amazed me the most was the price, I mean 40 dollars off the going price at Best Buy is pretty darn good in my book. Anyways, I am happy that Microsoft endorses them and provided a link to their page. I had no need to contact their customer service department because everything went so smoothly with the transaction but I can only imagine that it must be good from all the other positive feedback other buyers have left. I made sure to read about them before ordering to make sure they were a legit company. Over 95% of people have been happy with their service and again that is pretty good in my book. I would sure like to see them sell more variety of products kinda like Amazon. So in my overall satisfaction category I need to mark them as EXCELLENT. And to top it off they are giving me five bux back for filling out a survey that I would have done anyways. I always like to fill out surveys when the service was good.
