I'm so glad that I found this site. I was looking for a certain silverware set for my mother for Christmas and no other store or website had the right one. She has had the same old silverware for years and it was in desperate need of being replaced. I found one set for service of 4 in a local store, but no one had a second set. So, when I found your site I was ecstatic. I originally made an order for 3 sets of Wallace Regal Pearl silverware and I soon realized that I only needed 2 sets. When I emailed customer service, they made the process easy. I was a little paranoid about whether or not it was cancelled, so I called the customer service phone number and he was very helpful. He confirmed my cancelled order and I was able to reorder the correct amount. The order will only take 3 days to ship which is just in time for Christmas. Thank you for your help and the availability of your products. My mother will love her new silverware set! I can't wait to see the look on her face when she opens her gift and then we can all use it for Christmas dinner!
