They just wore me out. I GIVE UP, THEY CAN KEEP THE $16.00 !!! After returning a cartridge, the credit never happened. I was told that I returned the wrong cartridge. It was the one THEY sent me. ( I bought a lexmark, They clam I returned an epson) I returned it in their package and in the same box that it came in. If you should get a bad cartage from these people I suggest that you just throw it in the trash and go to Wal-Mart. Or better yet save yourself to stress and go to Wal-Mart first.

Delivery Speed B (just a couple of days)
Order Accuracy A (they did send me the right one a lexmark)
Customer Service D (mary, kept me online for 45 min, and never e-mailed as she said she would)
Overall Satisfaction (ask me after I talk to the BBB, and CPA)
