SoftwareMedia.com is now one of my new fave vendors. I read lots of reviews and compared over a dozen prices, and they earned my order fair and square. They had the best price, FAST shipping and great communication throughout the process so I had the peace of mind you get when you know the status of your order and you're not wondering whether it's on its way yet. I ordered Adobe Premier, a video editing application. I received it the very next day after I ordered it without having to pay additional rush shipping fees. The package arrived in good condition, packaged in sturdy bubble wrap to protect it in transit. The software was new in the box just like they described it in their online catalog. It was in the OEM box, including all documentation and manuals. I couldn't be more pleased. SoftwareMedia.com not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Every aspect of the transaction was superb, from their clean and user-friendly online catalog to the secure credit card transaction, the immediate order confirmation, the same-day shipping (including another email notifying me the order had shipped), and the next-day delivery. These things sound simple, and it's what you hope for with every online purchase you make. But there are plenty of vendors out there who drop the ball. SoftwareMedia.com did a great job. Any time I need software in the future SoftwareMedia.com will be the first place I shop.
