Do not deliver on time, many DVD's are broken, will not refund/cancel .

Don't fall for this company's false advertising!
9/27/07 I complained about not getting DVD's in a timely fashion and asked for termination of my contract. I have not received a response so far.
Complaint Description: In the past couple of months, I have not gotten DVD's to replace those I returned -sometimes waiting for as long as 10 days. I sent back a DVD on Sept 7 and another on Sept 11th. I did not receive another one until Sept 14th which I watched and returned the next day. (I had the same problem in July.) I have gotten none at all since then. When I complained, they said they "would do better." I also complained that there were about 30 titles in my "queue" one day and the next time I looked there were only 3. When I asked them why, they had no reasonable explanation. Some titles have been in the queue for over a year and I never received them.
My subsequent e-mails are being ignored. I have asked for termination of my contract and my money back - no response.
12/17/07 - I have now sent a 2nd complaint. They are still not sending DVD's in a timely manner, many are broken and I am not getting some I requested nearly a year ago.
I have also sent 2 complaints to the southeastern Florida BBB.
