I had shopped for the Norton 360 at various websites and found that Softwaremedia.com had the best price available. I took the time to read about their affiliations and felt very safe in doing business with them. They had high reviews and after reading several I was convinced that this was a company that I could do business with.
The experience was great! Website was easy to use. Delivery speed and tracking were all excellent. Customer service was not needed because they delivered what they promised. When I received my order, the condition of the box was great. The box was brand new and still in the original plastic wrap. No concern here with it being a second or previously used product.
They also have a very good return policy. "No Hassle Returns" they call it, they even pay for the shipping cost if you do need to return the item. They do only give a 10 day return policy but this is normal for online/software purchases.
I placed my order (free shipping too :-) and I had my order extremely quick. Faster than what was promised! With it being the Christmas season, I anticipated a slower shipping time. There was absolutely no problem with the payment processing either. I would do business with Softwaremedia again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
