A hassle shipping, no product received but good prices nonetheless

This is ridiculous. I ordered December 5 I have never had any shipment from the United States to Canada take more than two weeks.
This has been three weeks. I am currently submitting an item not received claim through Paypal. They "guaranteed" arrival by Christmas if ordered from Canada before December 14 (Holiday Guarantee) and this incident is in direct contradiction of their policy.
They can't even produce a tracking number? They charged me and didn't send an item.
Customer service is EXTREMELY bad. It took four days to get an automated response saying my item was in transit and no tracking number still.
The items that I ordered were great prices and I have ordered from them before with no problems. Now, they seem to use the excuse that it is the holidays to not ship out any items to us.
I do remember the last time I ordered, the cologne, Bulgari Aqua was significantly lighter than the exact same store (from the Bay) bought one. Watering down? Perhaps. The quality definitely isn't there.
Now my loved one won't get her gift on time for Christmas. I expected to get something for my money and all I got was a bunch of bad and late customer service replies stating that my item will eventually come. Way to ruin the holidays, FragranceX
