Really, Dyson has lost me here. I loved my Animal upright, but I will not think of Dyson the same anymore. This thing is the worst designed, most ineffective overpriced product I've ever purchased. Hands down. Suction is far less than a basic Dust Buster. Sure it doesn't lose suction...there's no suction to lose to begin with! .the tools are ill thought out and completely useless. the scale of the machine and weight is ridiculous for the job it doesn't perform. It would be a bad product at 20 bucks....but at $150.00 it's a crime! Someone should go to jail for this raping of the pubic.
