Very satisfied with HSN

I have purchased many, many, many items from HSN. I have never ever had any problems with receiving or returning items(which has only been maybe once or twice out of 5 or 6 years). They deliver quickly, customer service has always been great and am very, very satisfied with HSN.
However, I recently purchased the "Today's Special", a computer by Gateway. Although it is still new and I have not had any trouble. I noticed that there was no return label in the box as with other products. Upon reading some the feedback where some people have tried to return theirs and the difficult time they seem to be having, I am getting a "little" nervous. Someone told me that Gateway was purchased by "ACER". Could this be the reason for all of the "great" buys on HSN for Gateway products and the non-caring attitude from Gateway's customer service when asked how to return items?
