I requested a next day afternoon delivery, because we were not backing up the exchange server on one of our critical networks. We had the software here and just needed the license to activate the Symantec Backup executive software. This allowed us to start backing up critical e-mail that was located on our Windows Exchange server. Your price was lower that Symantec, so we decided to make the purchase for your on line website by using my credit card. We were glad to see that your cost was well below the cost at the Symantec web site, and this is why we made the purchase for you on line web site. I did have to create a case with you firm to request a receipt, so that I could claim the purchase on my local Company expense form, which allows me to get reimbursed for the expense I occur during my normal software and hardware maintenance duties. I usually fill out one expense report a month, and hope I get paid back before my bill comes due. It is important to get the receipt in a timely manner, so I don't get stuck paying the the item out of my own pocket. Some months I do more than one expense report when the expenses get to high. Anything over a hundred dollars requires Vice President approval at the company that I work for.
