DANGER - DANGER - DANGER!!! Merchant still cannot locate my product, and I am cancelling my order. I'm currently in dispute mode with my credit card company, and am trying to reject the entire process. Merchant's customer (dis)service function is fully disfunctional. I am exceedingly dissatisfied. Never, ever, never, never, never, ever, never use this merchant. Oh yes, they also lied about the product and the price (not that it matters much since I haven't received the product)... Horrid!!!
