After doing months of research, I made one of the best electronics decision I have made in purchasing the Samsung LN-T4661F. The TV has far exceeded my expectations in every area.
PICTURE: Currently, I am using an HDTV antenna to receive my television signal and the picture comes across crystal clear, I cannot even imagine what it would look like via cable/satellite TV. What is most impressive is the sharp contrast between the colors which brings out a bright picture. The TV also does very well in not pixelating when watching sports and other fast moving events.
SOUND: The TVs speakers are adequate for sound, but with a TV like this it deserves to be run through a home theater system. I have a Sony Dream Machine which when connected with an optic cable brings the TV to life.
APPEARANCE: The nice piano finish looks very nice sitting in the living room. The non-glare screen is another large benefit - when the afternoon sun shines on the TV we have no problems with glare which we had on our previous TV.
EASE OF SETUP: With 3-HDMI connections (2 on the back, 1 on the side) the TV literally took seconds to connect to our home theater components. It is especially nice having the connections on the side to assist with temporary setups.
VALUE: With the price these TVs are selling at, you cannot find a better deal on the marketplace.
If I had to do it all over again, I would not hesitate in purchasing this television.
