If you order from ValueMags.com and everything goes smoothly then great. However, once they get your money, they can care less about helping you if you have a problem. What is your time and sanity worth?
I ordered a bi-weekly magazine from ValueMags but after almost 4 months, I still had not received my first issue. Over the course of about 1-1/2 months, I used the www.valuemags.com website form multiple times to submit support tickets and I replied to the automated emails but could not get an actual person at ValueMags to respond to my problem. I emailed the support address in my order confirmation but still no response. Weeks later, I finally received a single response stating that the magazine I ordered was not actually available through ValueMags anymore. I replied and asked for a refund but received no response and no credit on my card. Again, I emailed and emailed but no response. I finally found the ValueMags phone number on the BBBOnline website and called them. After a week, the credit finally appeared on my credit card. I just checked their website and the magazine that is supposedly not available is still listed on their website. They are probably counting on customers forgetting that they ordered the magazine and just keeping the money. I know I forgot for months until I decided to follow up!
What is your time and sanity worth? I will never order from ValueMags.com again. Plus, you can find similar deals elsewhere.
