The experience was just as excellent as it could be. I had been hunting all over the web for an affordable price for this expensive software upgrade that I really needed to continue working on a recently upgraded computer and found this site offered the best price and shipping. Their site appeared in a Google search and was a great and surprising find. Ordering was easy and quick. The software was shipped as quickly as it could have been let it out the door and came as promised even with the holidays slowing timing down. Their communications are clear and thorough and it was great to be able to track the package online at the shipper's site since I really needed it as soon as it could get to me. It is always fabulous for the buyer to get any item shipped free and then the bonus, shipped by FedEx. That helps keep the buyer cost down. Actually the package arrived at the local FedEx center in two days and actually sat there to be delivered on the scheduled date, so it is fast shipping. Their web site is clear and offers a lot of items. Next time I need any software I will look for it first on this site since this experience was just the way it should be for a buyer. And it is clear that customer satisfaction is high on their priority list. Thanks. I will be back!
