AmericaRx is a terrible online store!! I will NEVER do business with them again. I placed an order and I paid 1-2 DAY UPS AIR additional shipping and after 5 days it still did not ship. I called customer service and was on hold for 10 minutes. They said the product I ordered did not ship. She claimed that there was no way to cancel the order even though it had not been shipped. I insisted I will not take delivery on it after waiting five days and that I wanted a refund on my credit card. The card had been charged AND they never even shipped the item. After going around and around for a few minutes, the customer rep assured me she would cancel the order and refund my Paypal account. I got 3 emails from AmericaRx saying they cancelled the shipment and credited my account. They did credit my Paypal account. However,lo and behold, I got an email from them 7 days later saying the product has been shipped. I no longer needed or wanted it. I called customer service and got a recorded voice saying to leave name, number, etc. and they would get back-never did. Finally, I was on hold again and talked to the same customer rep. I told her I was refusing the UPS delivery. Yep, they made an unauthorized charge to my credit card. She assured me they would credit my Paypal account. Now, I have a dispute against them with Paypal and my bank. This is the worse service I have had online! I am anxiously waiting to see if they credit my Paypal account. I got an email (with several spelling error) from AmericaRx claiming they will refund my money. Time will tell...
