I shopped at Unbeatable Sales because they are a Quixtar partner store. I did not enter all of my credit info correctly and they were very quick in their response trying to make sure that I received the items I wanted. They called me on the phone and sent me an e-mail giving the kind of great customer service I expect from businesses affiliated with Quixtar. They were courteous, friendly, and helpful and even willing to accept as their fault my boo boo. What I loved most was the fact there were real people contacting me and when I returned the phone call I got real people at the end of the phone or I was automatically connected to their voice mail. They made the shopping experience pleasant. The items I ordered were competitively priced with other stores but because of that real human touch I would be inclined to buy from the UnbeatableSale folks over some people I have purchased similar items from in the past. Once my mistake was corrected the order was processed very quickly. Even with that mistake and the need to personally contact me my order was shipped in less than 5 days. Their service is great.
