Town Centre : 400 Earnest Barrett Pkwy
Twice I have visited this store - for a specific order - and twice I have been gravelly disappointed.
What should have been 2 visits turned into 7.
Passport photo: advised that it would take approx 20 mins. I went shopping and did not return until 2 hours later....it was still not ready. Some problem with the printing machine at the back - IT HAD RUN OUT OF PAPER!
Camera Film to DVD: Originally I provided 2 films (1 VHS and 1 PAL). I was informed this would be ready the next day, however I advised the store attendant that this was fine as I would be back in TWO days. Two days later...it was NOT done.
Again I left the store empty handed and was told it would be ready next day......I came back TWO days later and as I walked into the store, he was working on it. There was an issue with this, I will say that this was no fault of the store. However why had they not done this the day before as they stated they would, then they could have phoned me, we could have resolved the issue on the phone and I would still have been able to pick my order up on the agreed day.
Again, I left the store empty handed. This time I advised the store attendant that I could not make it back to the store the following week as left specific instructions that this was to be posted to me so that I would receive BEFORE the end of the following week.
The store attendant assured me it would be posted on MONDAY.
FRIDAY - Nothing. I called the store to be told that the order had been completed and that the DVD was sitting there awaiting my collection!!
It is obvious to me that these stores are UNDER-STAFFED, UNDER-TRAINED and that the people they hire (well the ones I have personally dealt with) have no common sense at all.
I will never shop at this store again.
