As many were, I was drawn to the free shipping and didn't think of doing my homework on the company...being it was so high on the Google search for inversion tables. A little concerned after not receiving a tracking number after order was processed, I Googled Mercantila and was apalled by the terrible reviews. I called the customer service number and felt I was getting the same 'run around' described in the horror stories I read. They assured me my order was shipped via UPS and would be delivered by Christmas. I made it a point to keep in contact with Mercantila daily to check on delivery status and get a tracking number. A man named 'Robby' was usually good about getting back with me...but still no tracking number or delivery.
I ended up receiving my Teeter Hangups inversion table on December 26th...coincidentally the same day 'Robby' came up with a tracking number and told me my package should be there. This was about an hour after FedEx, not UPS arrived at the door. All in all, from the day I ordered it only took 10 days for delivery...which really isn't that bad. I think I was a lucky one. This company really needs to work harder at customer service, honesty and exchanging information with their 'warehouses'.
