The site is a bit cluttered but the information is very good. I especially like the comparisons to other carriers. I ordered my ergo on Wednesday and received it on Saturday - very fast in my book!
I also was pleased to be able to obtain a "used" ergo at a discounted price. When I received the carrier, though, it seemed to be brand new, in perfect condition. Used Ergos on ebay and other places are hard to find and not often very discounted.
Unfortunately, it arrived without the promised instructional DVD, and it took a few e-mails and a few weeks for it to arrive. My e-mails were always answered promptly, but the first DVD request was misplaced at the warehouse and then a second DVD apparently get lost in the mail.
I also sent an e-mail specifically to Jane, the owner, and never received a reply. My issue was still resolved, but I was disappointed after hearing so many good things. I even mentioned to the representative with whom I was corresponding that I had contacted her.
Overall, I think My Favorite Baby Carrier is a very good business, and the perfect place from which to purchase an Ergo. Even with the few issues I had, I still recommend it.
