These guys work from home and they are NOT American Express!
* Bonnie, our representative messed up my request and got back to me with a product that did not resemble my request.
* She failed to e-mail me the material she promised to send. She apparently messed up my e-mail address (or so she said) which is why she never contacted me.
* A week went by and she finally left a voice mail.
* I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages over the next few days to get through to her.
* When I finally talked to her, she had done absolutely, positively nothing about my reservations or ticket, which may be good since even her notes on she was supposed to be doing for me were totally wrong.
* She gave me conflicting information:
-- Is this American Express (the answer is NO)
-- Do I need a visa or not? yes, no, yes, no, maybe
-- Is it included, o,r not?
-- Are transfers included or not?
-- Can I break my trip?
* Can I get this stuff in writing from you, or is this just a bunch of empty promises that I'll end up getting stuck paying for (or not?)
She wouldn't/ couldn't/ didn't answer my questions. Instead, she would deviate into long, rambling diatribes about the industry that had nothing to do with my questions! I think she hoped I would forget the question or something. Just tell me you don't know and will check!
I am not impressed and honestly can't imagine trusting her to get my reservations correct.
