The delivery of the Microsoft Office product that I purchased was quick and before the expected date. I received just what I was expecting with my order and there were no surprises. The emails with shipping information were very informative and I am extremely satisfied with the finished product.
The price offered on the website was less expensive than other web offers that I looked up for the same product. This was a strong factor in why I chose to purchase the product from Softwaremedia.com. The website was easy to follow and understand. I was sent a confirmation email right away and then another email when the order was shipped. After receiving both of those emails, the order was received in a timely manner and in excellent condition.
I would definately purchase from Softwaremedia.com for future products. Though I did not have to speak with customer service for any reason, I suspect that they would have been helpful if I were to contact them. The fact that I did not have to speak with a customer service representative tells me that the company is run in an orderly and organized fashion.
I will recommend this company to other for their software purchases.
