I purchased the Cosco Summit High Back Booster toddler car seat from Baby Age, but when it arrived, the shipping box and owner's manual stated a height requirement (32.5 inches) that had not been mentioned on its website. Since the seat didn't fit my child, I called and emailed Baby Age many times over a several week period. They never answered their telephones, returned my voicemail or replied by email. They require pre-authorization to return a product, so I have been unable to return the seat.
Now a month later, they still have not contacted me with an authorization or a reason for no authorization. I've had to take the issue up with my credit card company and the car seat is taking up space in my child's bedroom. I'll never try to save $10 by shopping online from some random vendor that's a little cheaper than Amazon or other reputable companies.
