Pros: fast, friendly, professional, determined, honest, prompt, does what they say,
Cons: To far away for me to take them out to dinner as appreciation.
The Bottom Line: Use refinance.com for your mortgage. You will not find a better deal out there. You are treated wonderful.

I was told by Ditech and many other mortgage “specialists” that there is no way to refinance and that I had better just plan on selling because my situation was so bad. Needless to say my own hope was running out, fast. I was caught in an ARM that was increasing on a 6 month basis. I was on the verge of seeing another 2 point increase in February 2008. On January 2nd I saw an ad on TV about refinance.com. I thought about it for 4 days and on January 6th I made the call to refinance.com figuring they would just tell me sorry we can’t help. I explained my circumstances which included mentioning that I had been having trouble paying both my mortgages on time. Jay was so cool. He did his preliminary work and in about an hour he said “YES” we can help you. My first thought was relief and the second was oh no how much will this cost me. Jay immediately told me the cost which was very low compared to the others that advertised great low fee’s then wanted to charge me $20,000 but then said they couldn’t do it. You know what the most amazing part is? I closed my loan in 6 days. That’s right. Start to finish with an appraisal and everything in 6 days. I am so blessed to be locked in at a nice low rate that I will never have to worry about refinancing again. But if I do, I am going to refinance.com. I have already told many friends and some family members.
